Hi, I am Lisa.
It is a daunting job to lose weight but once you commit yourself, it is much easier than what you think; this is what I have learnt from my weight loss journey.
It was not until two deaths in my family were linked with obesity that I decided to get rid of every single inch of extra fat on my body.
I was 160 pounds when they died. They had diabetes; for which extra fats on your body is the prime triggering force. Since they were ignorant of the fact, they did not do anything to lose weight. However, I learned a message from this and decided to take care of myself.
